I finally heard from Mike....the sound of his voice is exactly what I needed. He sounded GREAT but exhausted. I hadn't heard from him because they were doing their convoy training, which is what I thought.
I can't say enough how much I love this man. He is wonderful. My love grows deeper & deeper everytime I talk to him.
I LOVE YOU BABY!!!!

We too heard from Mike (via v-msg) since we were out at the time. We missed his call by 45 minutes - bummer. He will try to call tomorrow. Hope we're here when he calls. Kym - I love reading your journal....it is good for my soul.
I like the pics you added - great job. Happy I had a chance to see a pic of Brady. WOW - you guys have the same great smile. :^) What a handsome guy!!!

ps. I totally agree with your thoughts about the lack of support for the loved ones/families of those on these augmentation deployments. We'll talk soon, I'm sure. We'll have to start thinking about our plans to get together.
